Event Expense Request

Complete this form to request funding for your ministry event. This form should be submitted at least 90 days before your event to appropriately plan for financial expenditures and receive funding approval. Please email finance@victorycville.org with questions.

Describe the purpose of the event and how it aligns with Victory's vision, mission, and word for the year. Example: Creating a space for families to build community, get connected with resources, and be encouraged that they are seen, supported, and loved.

Enter the expected number of people who will attend your event.

This should match the Total Amount in the Event Expense Details form.

Make a copy of the expense template and provide details about the purchases required to support your event. If there are quotes or additional proposals associated with your request, please upload those here.
