Credit Card Use Agreement

Holding a credit card on behalf of Victory Church of Charlottesville (Victory Church) represents a position of trust and leadership. As a Victory Credit Card Holder, I will: 
  • Use my Victory Card solely for the purposes of supporting ministry-related expenses for Victory Church as agreed upon and directed by the Lead Pastor, Associate Pastor of Administration and Operations (Executive Pastor), and my Shepherding Pastor. 
  • Communicate in a timely and consistent manner with the Executive Pastor and my Shepherding Pastor to ensure all purchases are consistent with the vision and spending structure. 
  • Submit the appropriate forms for review and approval before making any purchases, and stay within the allotted budget for my area of ministry responsibility. 
  • Make purchases myself and not share my card information with anyone. 
  • Submit receipts for all purchases to Bill.com (victorycville@bill.com), copying the Finance Team (finance@victorycville.org), within 48 hours of purchase. Each submitted receipt will include the purchase description and associated ministry account code.
