Work with small groups of students in grades 5 - 8 to grow in their relationship with God and with other students.

An outreach ministry to local teens and families that shares the Gospel through small group gatherings, Bible study, and prayer.

Usher souls into God’s presence with authentic, chain-breaking worship in music, song, and other creative art forms.

Paul Harris Scholarship Fund

Review scholarship applications, coordinate fundraising efforts, and support recipients in their scholarly endeavors.

Set-up/ Tear Down

Create a space for people to encounter God during service by setting up and putting away equipment.

First Impressions

Welcome the congregation by serving as a greeter, usher, hospitality, or parking team member

ENC-Shuttle

Makes Sunday service accessible to college students without a car. It provides rides for our college students from UVA grounds and the surrounding area to service and other Victory events.

Outreach

Partner with community organizations to bring hope and foster reconciliation.

Social Media/ Coms

Create cohesive, consistent, and engaging graphics and messaging to support the preaching and ministry teams.

Connection

Engage with visitors and church members to help them get connected to where their gifts can best contribute to the vision and mission of Victory Church.

Admin Team

Provides infrastructure (policy, process, procedures) and administrative support to leadership and the ministry teams.

Victory Groups

Lead a sermon-based small group and help others grow in their understanding of the Word and develop community at Victory.

Young Adults

Connect, make new friends and engage in meaningful conversations with adults aged 22 to 35 through faith-based events and gatherings.

Audio/Visual

This team sets up and tears down A/V equipment, performs live sound engineering, and provides supporting slides and visuals for the service and livestream.
